This is optional, in case you are not sure of your size. Have a standard tape measure ready. It can be in (centimetres) and or (inches). Take all your measurements using one metric.

On each measurement, adjust the tape to exactly how you want the garment to feel in tightness/looseness. Record your measurements down.

Mention your size according to the metric on the left (S, M, L, etc). Then you can go back to the Shop button to pick your design. You are done!!!

If you are 3XL and above, do not despair. Just make 2’’ increments per size, across the three measurements.
